Thank you for shopping with GRIT Fitness. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the highest standards for product safety and quality.
Returns
Due to health and safety regulations for consumable products, we only accept returns of supplements that meet the following conditions:
Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless the product:
Arrived damaged,
Was defective,
Or the wrong item was shipped.
Many supplement brands follow similar standards because opened consumable products generally cannot be resold for safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or partially used supplements
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Subscription orders already processed and shipped
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support email].
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
