Hi, I’m Lexie Peden, and I’m so excited to welcome you to Grit Fitness! As a mama and a passionate advocate for health and wellness, I’ve experienced firsthand how life changes through every season—and I wanted to create a gym that embraces all of it. This isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a place to feel strong, confident, and supported, no matter where you are on your journey.

At Grit Fitness, we celebrate all ages, all fitness levels, and all seasons of life. My goal is simple: to provide a space where you can come as you are, leave feeling better than when you walked in, and know that you belong.
